It wasn't very long before researchers devised a small HEPA filter for the household vacuum cleaner. Since then, almost every vacuum cleaner on the market has been outfitted with some form of filtration.

Almost all air purifiers will have some form of patented filtration process that is better, newer and more efficient than other models available, but the truth of the matter is that the HEPA brand of certifications are the industry standard.

Through continuing research and product development, HEPA brand filters and vacuum cleaners have risen to the top of the market because they are typically the most efficient and the most effective at removing unhealthy contaminants from the air.

Before you purchase any air purification system, I advise you to do as much research as possible. Some air purifiers are targeted towards microorganisms only, where others are specifically designed to remove dirt and pollen.
